Water collection. Pump to Centrifloc. Particle Capture. Particle capture can include tanks, settling ponds, jute capture, etc. Centrifloc technology can be attached to tanks or set on a level plastic lined area.
polymer placement
Simplified polymer placement and replacement. Centrifloc removes the need for rope or rebar to secure polymer in place.
mixing
Inconsistent mixing is a thing of the past. Centrifloc provides consistent, turbulent mixing.
reaction Time
Reaction time is adjustable. Centrifloc is designed for 30 seconds of reaction time. Polymer manufacturer says you need 60 sec? Reduce the flow to increase your reaction time.
scale
Centrifloc technology allows for units that can handle 25-50 GPM or +50-100 GPM. Place these systems in parallel to increase your capacity.
Footprint
Centrifloc units are compact, reducing the footprint of the mixing area down to 3'x3' for a 50 GPM system.
